Nicole Castro is a partner in the firm. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced real estate law and assisted with real-estate related litigation matters in the Washington DC offices of McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP and Long Aldridge & Norman LLP.

Details of Practice
Ms.Castro represents commercial real estate developers, purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. She represents purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, as well as developers and owners in construction and development projects, including office projects, mixed-use developments, multi-family, condominiums, medical office buildings, and hotels. Ms. Castro also has experience representing landlords and tenants in ground lease transactions and in office, retail, and industrial leasing transactions. In addition, Ms. Castro represents government agencies in real estate matters.
