Professional Experience
Ms. Rogerson Lynch is the Director of Land Use and Entitlements in the firm. She previously was the Director of Land Use and Entitlements for Metcalfe Williams, LLP and the Principal Planner for Drenner & Golden Stuart Wolff, L.L.P. Prior to that, Ms. Rogerson Lynch served as a development planner with the City of Austin Development Reviewand Inspection Department and the City of San Marcos Planningand Development Services. She began her career in governmental relations with the Texas Association of Realtors Political Action Committee. Following that position, she served as the project manager for the Austin Parks Foundation, a non-profit promoting parks and open space. Ms. Rogerson Lynch has worked in planning and land development since her graduation from Texas A&M University.
Details of Practice
Municipal Approvals – Ms. Rogerson Lynch has represented owners and developers in development planning, municipal approvals, construction and environmental issues. She has worked on all types of real estate projects including multifamily, office, mixed-use, retail and complex planned unit developments. She is directly responsible for the management of zoning, subdivision, site plan, building permit and variance request processes for owners/developers. She interacts with environmental interest groups, neighborhood associations, City Staff, City Council and Boards and Commissions throughout the development process.
