Professional Experience
Anjali N. Naini joined the firm as a part-time Land Use and Development Planner, bringing several years of city and community planning experience. Prior to working with the firm, Ms. Naini most recently served as the Director of Building and Development Services with the City of West Lake Hills. Ms. Naini previously worked for the Bojorquez Law Firm, PC where she provided broad-ranging planning services to municipal clients, including site plan and subdivision reviews; zoning case reviews; preparation of staff reports, agendas, and back-up for Planning & Zoning Commissions and City Councils; serving as project manager for annexations and development agreements; and filling in as staff planner. Ms. Naini began her career at GrantWorks, Inc, preparing comprehensive plans for small cities and small area plans for unincorporated communities in Texas.

Details of Practice
Ms. Naini assists the Entitlements team by providing background land use, zoning, and property research; drafting memos; and assisting the team with preparing zoning and other planning applications.
