Professional Experience
Talley J. Williams is a partner with the firm. Prior to this, Ms. Williams formed Metcalfe Williams, LLP after leaving Drenner & Golden Stuart Wolff, LLP where she served as a partner.  Ms. Williams spent the first 4 years of her practice with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP.

Details of Practice

Ms. Williams’ practice includes representing owners and developers in all types of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, management and leasing of shopping centers, mixed-use projects, single family residential and master planned projects, multifamily projects, senior living facilities, office buildings and unimproved land.

In connection with her client’s proposed real estate projects, Ms. Williams has extensive experience in negotiating development agreements, development and funding agreements for utilities and other infrastructure, as well as economic incentive packages with local governments.  Ms. Williams’ practice also focuses on assisting clients with the creation of special taxing districts, such as public improvement districts, and all of the issues associated with developing within such districts.
