Christian De La Cruz is an associate in the Real Estate practice, where he represents developers, investors, owners, and operators in a broad range of commercial real estate matters.

Christian’s practice focuses on leasing, purchase and sale agreements, and the legal needs associated with transactional real estate. He has experience drafting and revising commercial leases and lease amendments, purchase and sale agreements, easements, confidentiality agreements, settlement agreements, and related ancillary transaction documents.

He regularly assists with transactional real estate matters, including conducting due diligence for commercial and multifamily acquisitions. His experience includes reviewing and analyzing title commitments, surveys, and related curative materials, as well as supporting closings and other transaction?related workflows. Christian also has experience preparing zoning and land use assessment memoranda, conducting title and zoning research, and assisting with matters addressing zoning compliance.

Christian previously gained in?house experience supporting the legal operations of a major entertainment and sports venue, where he assisted with contract management and commercial matters. He also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Kathleen Cardone of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
